Inclusion Criteria:
* Age \> 18 years
* Histological diagnosis of advanced stage NSCLC
* Histotype adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma
* ECOG PS \<2
* Known PDL-1 stage
* Measurable disease
* Availability of tumor tissue
* No evidence of molecular drivers
