Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria: Cognitively healthy adults aged 65 to 75 years. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) equivalent score ≥ 1, according to Italian normative values. Exclusion Criteria: History of current or previous neurological or neuropsychiatric disorders.
