About This Trial
This study aims to evaluate the effects of high-dose vitamin D3 supplementation on selected physiological, neuromuscular, and cognitive parameters in athletes. Inclusion Criteria:
* a minimum of 8 years of training experience,
* absence of injuries in the 6 months leading up to the assessments,
* consistent engagement in training sessions a minimum of 5 times per week over the last 6 months.
