Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age more than 18 years old
* male or female with confirmed liver disease admitted to intensive care unit, including:
* Acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF)
* Hepatic encephalopathy
* spontaneous bacterial peritonitis (SBP)
* variceal bleeding
* fulminant hepatitis
