Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Adults aged 18 to 70 years
* Absence of active periodontal disease
* Good oral hygiene (O'Leary plaque index \<20%)
* Absence of parafunctional habits (e.g., bruxism, onychophagia)
