Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* confirmed genetic diagnosis of GSD Ia or Ib;
* age \>18 years;
* routine CGM use;
* habitual raw cornstarch consumption.
Exclusion Criteria:
* psychiatric disorders;
* pregnancy, celiac disease;
* dialysis treatment;
* nocturnal enteral feeding;
