This trial is looking for adults with advanced breast cancer that has not responded to previous hormone treatments. Participants will receive the study drug BL-B01D1 instead of standard chemotherapy.
You may be able to join if
- I am at least 18 years old
- I have been diagnosed with HR+/HER2- breast cancer
- I have not received chemotherapy before
- I have experienced progression after at least one hormone therapy
- I have documented disease progression from scans
- I am able to provide tumor tissue samples
- I have a performance status of 0 or 1
- My expected survival time is at least 3 months
You may not be able to join if
- I have received chemotherapy or similar treatments recently
- I have a history of severe heart problems
- I have active infections or unhealed wounds
- I have central nervous system metastases
- I have another active cancer diagnosis
- I have poorly controlled hypertension or diabetes
- I am allergic to certain antibody treatments
- I have received other unapproved study drugs recently
