* 18 - 45 years.
* Body mass index between 18.5-35.0 kg/m2
* Not pregnant or expecting to become pregnant (females only)
* Not postmenopausal (females only).
* No known chronic medical conditions (e.g., type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, inflammatory diseases, etc.)
