This trial is looking for people who are overweight or have obesity but are otherwise healthy. Participants will take a medication called LY4174794 for about 30 to 39 weeks while their health is monitored through blood tests.
You may be able to join if
- I am healthy with no related health conditions.
- I am overweight with a BMI of 27 or more.
- I have obesity with a BMI of 30 or more.
- I have had a stable weight for the last 3 months.
You may not be able to join if
- I have a history of heart, lung, liver, kidney, digestive, hormonal, blood, or brain disorders.
- I can become pregnant.
