This trial is looking for people who are overweight and have type 2 diabetes with moderate chronic kidney disease. Participants will adjust their lifestyle over 12 weeks to see how it affects certain health markers.
You may be able to join if
- I have a body mass index (BMI) of 30-35.
- I have been inactive for at least three months.
You may not be able to join if
- I use tobacco.
- I have heart failure.
- I have coronary artery issues.
- I have severe heart valve problems.
- I am pregnant.
- I have liver inflammation.
- I have had a kidney transplant.
- I have physical injuries that prevent me from exercising.
