About This Trial
Just-In-Time Adaptive Interventions (JITAIs) offer a framework for delivering personalized behavioral support using time-varying data to optimize the timing and type of intervention content. Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Able to read and converse fluently in English
* Multiple sclerosis (MS) or Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) diagnosis
* Chronic pain ( ≥ 4 on average using a 0-10 NRS for 3-month duration)
