Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients undergoing elective open heart surgery.
* Conscious.
* Speaks and understands Turkish.
* Has a chest tube inserted (on the right and/or left side).
* No visual, auditory, or mental problems.
* Willing to participate in the study.
