Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Pediatric patients between 6 to 12 years.
* Both sexes.
* American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status I - II.
* Scheduled for thoracic surgery with thoracotomy incision under general anesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Parents who refused regional anesthesia.
