This trial is looking for postmenopausal women aged 50-60 who have breathing problems. Participants will take part in a 10-week Pilates exercise program to see how it affects their lung function and quality of life.
You may be able to join if
- I am a postmenopausal woman aged 50-60 years.
- I have breathing problems.
- I have a normal body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 25.
- I am not involved in any other studies.
You may not be able to join if
- I have a heart condition or chest disease.
- I am receiving hormone replacement therapy.
- My BMI is above 25 or below 18.
- I am older than 60 years or younger than 50 years.
- I use sedatives, tranquilizers, or antidepressants.
- I have musculoskeletal disorders.
