Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Male patients aged 6-60 months
* Diagnosed with distal hypospadias
* Scheduled for elective hypospadias repair
* Written informed consent obtained from parent or legal guardian

* Age \< 6 months or \> 60 months
