Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age 18 years or older
* Attendance at the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation outpatient clinic
* Scheduled to undergo routine bone mineral density assessment by DXA as part of clinical evaluation
* Ability to perform handgrip strength testing
