This trial is looking for adults with advanced lung cancer who have not received prior chemotherapy for their cancer. Participants will receive Imzokitug along with other treatments to see how well it works and what side effects it may have.

  • I have not received prior treatment for my advanced cancer.
  • I have a sample of my tumor tissue available.
  • I have a performance status of 0 or 1.

  • I have actionable genomic alterations that need targeted therapy.
  • I have previously received immuno-oncology therapies.
  • I have untreated central nervous system metastases.
