Inclusion Criteria:
* Age ≥ 18 years
* Histologically confirmed advanced or recurrent endometrial carcinoma or carcinosarcoma
* No prior treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors
* Availability of paired fresh-frozen and FFPE tumor samples
