About This Trial
The goal of this observational study is to evaluate nailfold capillaroscopic changes in patients with psoriasis and to assess their correlation with disease severity. The study will also explore differences in capillaroscopic findings across different clinical types of psoriasis and skin phototypes (Fitzpatrick classification). Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients clinically diagnosed with psoriasis.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with connective tissue diseases (e.g., systemic sclerosis, SLE)
* Diabetes mellitus or peripheral vascular disease
* Current smokers
* Pregnant or lactating women
* Recent use of vasodilators or bet…
