This trial is looking for adults with high blood pressure who want to manage it better. Participants will receive help with using a device to measure their blood pressure at home.
You may be able to join if
- I am 18 years or older.
- I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure.
- I have an in-person visit scheduled with a participating clinician.
- I have high blood pressure readings of 140 or higher systolic or 90 or higher diastolic.
You may not be able to join if
- My visit has been canceled or rescheduled.
- I have received a usable home blood pressure cuff through insurance in the past 5 years.
- I do not want help getting a blood pressure cuff.
- I do not want to submit a cuff order to my insurance.
- I cannot participate for other operational reasons.
