Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age ≥18 yr
* ≤20 wk gestation
* Singleton pregnancy
* Abstinence from alcohol since conception (by report)
* Current choline dietary intake \<1 g/day
* Language fluency in English or Afrikaans
