Inclusion Criteria:
* Adults 35 years of age or older
* In case at a clinic in Botswana
* Documented HIV status
* Ability to provide informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Respiratory infection in the prior 4 weeks
* Active pulmonary tuberculosis
