This prospective observational case-control study aims to compare placental expression levels of progesterone membrane receptors, including PGRMC1, PGRMC2, and PAQR family receptors, between pregnancies complicated by intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) and uncomplicated healthy pregnancies.
