This trial is looking for new mothers who want to learn about mindfulness to help reduce anxiety and improve their role as a mom. Participants will receive education and support after giving birth and will be followed up for a month.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am 18 years or older
  • I had a healthy single baby
  • I am in the postpartum ward within 24 hours after delivery
  • I live with my baby at home
  • I can read and understand Turkish
  • I can use WhatsApp
  • My health is good enough to participate

You may not be able to join if

  • I have serious physical or mental health problems right now
  • My baby is in the intensive care unit or has serious health issues
  • I have participated in mindfulness education before
  • I cannot attend the education sessions or keep in touch during follow-up
  • I did not complete the questionnaires or cannot participate in the post-test
