This trial is looking for cancer patients who sometimes or often have trouble getting enough food. Participants will receive help with food while being treated for their cancer to see if it improves their ability to stick to treatment and their health outcomes.

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with cancer.
  • I go to outpatient services at VCU Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center.
  • I am willing to participate and give my consent.
  • I answer 'sometimes true' or 'often true' to questions about hunger.

You may not be able to join if

  • I cannot provide informed consent due to cognitive impairment or language barriers.
  • I am enrolled in other clinical trials that do not allow me to participate here.
  • I do not consent to being included in the food insecurity registry.
  • I have a medical condition other than cancer.
