* Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for pigmentary glaucoma, with typical signs of pigment dispersion syndrome, extensive trabecular meshwork pigmentation, pathological intraocular pressure elevation, glaucomatous optic nerve damage, and characteristic visual field defects;
