About This Trial
Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disease in which autoantibodies attack the neuromuscular junction, the site at which nerve cells communicate with muscle fibres, impairing signal transmission and causing fluctuating muscle weakness that worsens with sustained activity.
