This trial is looking for family caregivers of patients with heart disease who need support with caregiving challenges. Participants will receive four personalized sessions focused on stress reduction, coaching, and resources.

- I am 18 years of age or older
- I am a caregiver for a patient in the UC Davis Cardiac Rehabilitation Clinic
- I have caregiving-related challenges that I want support with
- I can read and speak in English
You may not be able to join if
- I am a paid professional caregiver
- I have major cognitive impairment or Alzheimer's
- I cannot participate in the intervention or complete the protocol

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* 18 years of age or older
* Is a caregiver for a patient receiving care in our UC Davis Cardiac Rehabilitation Clinic. A caregiver is defined as someone who provides support to the patient with one or more basic or instrumental activities of daily living.
