This trial is looking for adults with excess body weight who want to lose weight. Participants will take either zenagamtide or a placebo as a daily tablet. Which one you get is chosen by chance.
You may be able to join if
- I am 18 years old or older.
- I am male or female.
You may not be able to join if
- I have a glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) of 6.5% or higher.
- I have a history of type 1 or type 2 diabetes.
- I have taken GLP-1 receptor agonists or similar treatments before.
