About This Trial
Stroke is a rapidly developing clinical signs of focal (or global) disturbance of cerebral function, lasting more than 24 hours or leading to death, with no apparent cause other than a vascular origin. Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* • Age 45-70
* Gender (both male and female)
* Pre diagnosed First-time stroke patients (ischemic or hemorrhagic)
* Time since stroke: ≥3 months
* Mild to moderate upper limb impairment (ABILHAND Questionnaire: Less than 50% of items rated as "impossible.")
