Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for women with advanced breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive and HER2-positive. Participants will take a new medication called culmerciclib along with other treatments until their disease progresses or they choose to stop.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am a woman aged 18 years or older.
  • I have been diagnosed with metastatic or locally advanced breast cancer.
  • My breast cancer is hormone receptor-positive and HER2-positive.
  • I have available tumor tissue for tests.
  • I have had a response to first-line anti-tumor therapy.
  • I have an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0 to 1.
  • I expect to live for at least 12 weeks.
  • I can provide informed consent and follow the study protocol.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have extensive leptomeningeal metastases that are not well controlled.
  • I have symptomatic brain metastases needing urgent treatment.
  • My cancer has worsened after brain radiotherapy.
  • I have active brain metastases that haven't been treated.
  • I have a history of severe allergic reactions to study drugs.
  • I have significant health issues, like heart or liver problems.
  • I have active hepatitis B or C.
  • I am pregnant or breastfeeding.

About This Trial
