Inclusion Criteria:
* Willing and able to provide written informed consent.
* Aged 18 years or older.
* Diagnosis of Cardiovascular-Kidney-Metabolic (CKM) syndrome.
* Referred by a cardiologist for a clinically indicated exercise stress test as part of routine clinical care.
