About This Trial
To determine the effectiveness of postoperative hospital length of stay and the number of ICU or HCU step-up cases among elective postoperative patients observed in the PACU and HCU.

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Adult patients aged more than 18 years.
* Patients undergoing elective surgery in the Kanigara RSCM, PESC, RPT, or Kirana operating rooms.
* Patients undergoing postoperative observation in the PACU or HCU.
* Patients classified as Level II or III based on the Modified Johns H…
