Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Receiving a diagnosis of OSA after polysomnography,
* Having an Apnea-Hypopnea Index ≥5 for OSA,
* Volunteering to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Having severe orthopedic, neurological, or cardiac diseases,
