About This Trial
The goal of this randomized clinical trial is to compare the effects of aerobic exercise training and resistance exercise training on ventilatory function in quarry workers. Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria: * Male quarry workers. * The age range is between 30 and 40 years. * BMI values from 25 to 29.9 kg/m². * They work 5 to 6 times per weeks with mean exposure range (5-10 years) (Kumar et al., 2014).
