The study will include national wrestlers studying at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University School of Physical Education and Sports who meet the inclusion criteria and agree to participate. Individuals who agree to participate will be evaluated on their grip strength, hand reaction times, balance, core muscle endurance, vertical jumps, dynamic (Y-balance test), and static balance.

1. Being between 18-25 years old
2. Being a national wrestler
3. Not having experienced back pain, lower back pain, or lower extremity pain in the last 6 months
