About This Trial
This study will evaluate whether dietary supplement use (\> 1 year) is associated with differences in biological age relative to chronological age, as well as differences in metabolic health and functional fitness tests.

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Adults aged 40 years or older.
* Verified long-term Sponsor supplement use (\>1 year).
* Willing and able to provide informed consent and comply with study procedures.
* Able to fast overnight (\>8 hours) prior to the study visit.
