This trial is looking for adults who have had a hemorrhagic stroke. Participants will provide consent for interviews, blood pressure checks, and blood sampling.

- I am 18 years old or older
- I have lived in the area for at least 6 months
- I meet the criteria for spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage
- I do not have any trauma, brain tumors, or infections causing my hemorrhage
- I can give consent for interviews and sampling

Inclusion Criteria:
* Age 18 or older
* Resident (6 months or longer) within the recruitment center
* Fulfillment of the criteria for spontaneous ICH
* No evidence of trauma, brain tumor/metastases or infectious processes as a cause of the hemorrhage
