This trial is looking for people with high blood pressure to test the effects of electro-acupuncture. Participants may take part whether they are on blood pressure medication or not.
You may be able to join if
- I have mild coronary disease without significant ECG changes.
- I have high blood pressure.
You may not be able to join if
- I am pregnant or nursing.
- I have severe coronary disease.
- I have certain ECG issues like left bundle branch block.
- I have low blood pressure with heart arrhythmias.
- I have peripheral vascular disease.
- I have orthopedic disease.
- I have diabetes or psychological illness that affects exercise.
- I am sensitive to topical preparations or have strong reactions to skin dressings.
