Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults with Multiple Sclerosis or Alzheimer's Disease who are willing to undergo brain imaging tests. Participants will help researchers understand brain changes related to these conditions compared to healthy individuals.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am between 18 and 70 years old, or 18 to 85 if I have Alzheimer's.
  • I have been diagnosed with active Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis.
  • I have been diagnosed with Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis.
  • I have been prescribed Ocrelizumab but have not started treatment yet.
  • I am willing to undergo PET and MRI imaging.
  • I am able to give informed consent.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have a known alternate neurologic disorder.
  • I have a history of head injury or substance abuse.
  • I have bipolar disorder or schizophrenia.
  • I am pregnant, nursing, or planning to become pregnant.
  • I have claustrophobia.
  • I have an implanted device that is not MRI compatible.
  • I am already on Ocrelizumab.
  • I have started steroid treatment.

Inclusion Criteria: 1. Male and female subjects age 18 to 70 years. For Alzheimer's Disease patients and healthy controls, the age range is going to be 18 to 85 years.
