Who this trial is looking for
This trial is looking for patients with autonomic failure who have high blood pressure while lying down. Participants will receive localized heat treatment on their abdomen during the night to see if it lowers their nighttime blood pressure.

- I am between 18 and 80 years old.
- I have been diagnosed with primary autonomic failure.
- I have high blood pressure while lying down (supine hypertension).
- I am able and willing to provide informed consent.
You may not be able to join if
- I am pregnant.
- I have significant heart, kidney, or liver disease.
- I have contraindications to using pressor agents.
- I have clinically significant abnormalities in tests.

About This Trial
Patients with autonomic failure are characterized by disabling orthostatic hypotension (low blood pressure on standing), and at least half of them also have high blood pressure while lying down (supine hypertension). Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Male and female patients, between 18-80 yrs., with primary autonomic failure (Parkinson Disease, Multiple System Atrophy, and Pure Autonomic Failure) and supine hypertension. Supine hypertension will be defined as SBP≥150 mmHg.
