This trial is looking for people who have had a stroke and experience neglect. Participants will try a new treatment that combines repetitive practice with brain stimulation to see how well it helps with their symptoms.
You may be able to join if
- I had an ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke at least 3 months ago.
- I have a Fugl-Meyer Upper Extremity score between 20 and 56.
- I have a motor evoked potential on the paretic hand.
- I have unilateral neglect in attention testing.
You may not be able to join if
- I have a history of cortical hemorrhagic stroke.
- I have had seizures in the past.
- I have a history of brain tumors.
- I have any hardware in my skull or spine.
- I have an implantable medical device.
- I have metal in my body that is not compatible with MRI.
- I am pregnant.
- I have severe spasticity.
