Who this trial is looking for

This trial is looking for adults with certain types of cancers that have not responded to standard treatments. Participants will receive a combination of two medications to see how well it works and to find the best dose.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with high grade serous ovarian cancer that is resistant to platinum therapy.
  • I have had at least one prior line of chemotherapy.
  • I have a HER2-expressing tumor confirmed by testing.
  • I have at least one lesion that can be biopsied.
  • I have tissue samples available for HER2 testing.
  • My overall health status is acceptable with an ECOG performance status of 1 or less.
  • I have stable blood counts and liver and kidney function within the specified limits.

You may not be able to join if

  • I am under 18 years old.
  • I have a history of cardiac disease or my heart function is not good.
  • I have uncontrolled HIV or a recent opportunistic infection.
  • I am currently pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
  • I have untreated chronic hepatitis B or unresolved hepatitis C.
  • I am taking medications that are not allowed for this trial.
  • I have brain metastases that are not stable.
  • I have other cancers that could affect the trial outcome.
