This trial is looking for adults with colorectal cancer to see if certain blood tests can help predict if their cancer will come back or spread. Participants will provide blood samples and will be followed up after their cancer treatment.

- I have been diagnosed with colorectal adenocarcinoma.
- I am able to give my consent to take part.
- I am willing to have blood samples taken.

- I have serious health issues that would make it unsafe for me to join.

Inclusion Criteria:
1. Age ≥ 18 years.
2. Histological/cytological confirmation of colorectal adenocarcinoma.
