This trial is looking for inactive women aged 18 to 65 who want to increase their physical activity. Participants will work with a partner for support and use a smartphone app to track their activity.

You may be able to join if

  • I identify as female.
  • I am between 18 and 65 years old.
  • I can speak English or Spanish.
  • I can do low-to-moderate physical activity with or without medical approval.
  • I do less than 150 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity per week.
  • I have a partner who can join the trial.
  • I live in the greater Houston area.
  • I have a smartphone and can send and receive text messages.

You may not be able to join if

  • I am pregnant or considering pregnancy during the study.
  • I am currently in a program to promote physical activity or weight loss.
  • I plan to move out of the greater Houston area during the study.

Inclusion Criteria: * Self-identify as female * Age 18-65 years * Speak English or Spanish * Physically able to engage in low-to-moderate PA as assessed by the PA Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), or with medical clearance * Insufficient self-reported moderate-to-vigorous PA (\< 150 minutes/week) * …
