This trial is looking for adults with advanced solid tumors, such as lung, breast, or skin cancer. Participants will receive injections of a treatment called MEM-288 and may combine it with standard cancer therapies.

You may be able to join if

  • I am at least 18 years old.
  • I have been diagnosed with advanced solid tumors.
  • I can understand and agree to join the trial.
  • I have a tumor that can be injected.
  • I am willing to follow study procedures.
  • I have measurable disease confirmed by imaging.
  • I have received prior cancer treatment.
  • I have a life expectancy of more than 3 months.

You may not be able to join if

  • I have had brain metastases that are not stable.
  • I have active leptomeningeal disease.
  • I am pregnant.
  • I am taking medications that interfere with the study.
  • I have not discontinued corticosteroids for brain metastases.
  • I have severe heart, liver, or kidney problems.
  • I cannot provide a biopsy from my tumor.
  • I have had recent use of certain cancer therapies that don't meet trial criteria.

About This Trial
This is a multipart, open-label, multi-center dose escalation, dose expansion phase I clinical trial designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, maximum tolerated dose (MTD), recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D), and preliminary efficacy of MEM-288 in patients with advanced solid tumors.
