This trial is looking for people diagnosed with stroke to test a new treatment using stem cell exosomes. Participants will receive this treatment through their nose and will need to sign a consent form to join.

- I have an active infection
- I have active cancer
- I have chronic multisystem organ failure
- I am pregnant
