- I have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis or a related condition.
- I am at least 18 years old.
- I can give informed consent.
You may not be able to join if
- I cannot have an MRI due to metal implants or other reasons.
- I am pregnant.
- I have had recent eye surgery in the past two months.
- I have significant refractive errors or other eye diseases.

Inclusion Criteria:
* Subjects who meet any one of the following diagnostic criteria:
* Diagnosis of MS, CIS,or RIS based on the 2017 revised McDonald criteria.
* Diagnosis of NMOSD based on the 2015 revised NMOSD consensus diagnostic criteria.
