This trial is looking for older adults who drive and have depression. Participants will share their driving experiences and undergo some medical tests.

- I drive at least once a week
- I have a valid driver's license
- I am willing to have a blood test
- I am willing to have a lumbar puncture or PET imaging
- I am 65 years or older
- I speak English
You may not be able to join if
- I am not willing to have a blood test or another medical test
- I am under 65 years old
- I do not drive a vehicle

This project will assess how depression, preclinical AD, and antidepressants affect driving behavior in cognitively normal older adults (65 years).

* Willing to complete blood draw
