This trial is looking for people with walking difficulties due to injuries. Participants will wear a special device to help improve their mobility and balance over three months.

You may be able to join if
- I use a KAFO or similar device regularly.
- I can understand and follow study instructions.
- I am willing to wear an activity monitor for three months.
You may not be able to join if
- I have knee or hip joint issues that are not correctable.
- I have severe muscle stiffness.
- I cannot keep my trunk stable with or without help.

Inclusion Criteria:
* Regular and compliant use of a unilateral or bilateral KAFO or SCO or other passive KAFOs for impairment due to neurological or neuromuscular disease, orthopedic disease, or trauma
